Home Decor Online Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any or all  for home decor online items purchased from this web-site simply claim a refund within 30 days using our online Contract Form to make a claim,

Claims will be accepted for any product that your not happpy with with 30 days of receipt.
All Claims must be made in writing. (EG: Contact Form, Fax , email, letter, handwritten on the invoice etc) as long as it is made in writing.

Best to log-in and use our Contact Form linked below, otherwise fax or email us with the product code of the item, and details of why you are claiming it. If its a small item thats damaged or missing and your a regular customer then we probably wont require it returned and will just issue a credit note. If your a new customer you can usually resolve a minor item by texting or emailing a phone camera image of the item to us.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be despatched for return within 30 days of receipt. So please check all stock on arrival at your location and always ensure you have signed for the correct number of cartons.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Collection and/or return details will be advised after we receive your claim.

HOW do customers return items?
Minor items can be posted, but cartons should be shipped by Startrack Express, on our account if we are at fault. Advise us of the carton measurements and approximate weight. We will send you shipping labels and arrange pick-up.

CREDIT for Missing damaged or returns?
Customers will be issued a credit not upon receipt of returns or approval of a claim otherwise. Credit notes are normally deducted form the next order to save us both labour, however can be refunded, in the manner originally paid, upon request

Packing materials?
All items should be in orginal packaging for returns?
